Hot Rolled Steel Slitting Shear Line
Application:It is Used for slitting the wide raw material coil into narrow strips in order to prepare material for subsequent processes as milling, pipe welding, cold forming, punch forming, etc. Moreover, this line can also slit various non ferrous metal coils by changing slitting tools of different materials
Applicable materials: carbon steel, HR/CR steel, galvanized plate and etc.
Coil-loading→Double-mandrel uncoiling→Coil-end-feeding & shoveling→Double-roller pinch feeding/three-roller leveling → End-cutting → Hole Accumulator1 → Strip-aligning → Disk shearing→Scrap reeling→Hole Accumulator2→Pre-separator/Tensioner→Recoiling→Coils-discharging → Hydraulic control → Electric control

1. Coil Loading Car
Structure: Four wheels, car body made by welding
2. Single Mandrel Un-Coiler
Working style: axial moving expansion by hydraulic cylinder driving Slanting slider
3.Coil-End Feeding & Shoveling Equipment
Structure: welding assembly with steel plates, up-down movement by hydraulic cylinder
4.Double-Roller Pinch Feeder, Three-Roller Leveler
Working style: Welding assembly with steel plates, double-roller pinch feeding the coil strip
5. Hole Accumulator(1)
Structure: hole with cement walls, two pieces of turnover plate to more or less cover the hole, so as to accumulate some strip in the hole. (Passover rollers covered with PU)
6. Aligning Equipment
Structure: vertical rollers to restrict the progressing position of strip, while horizontal rollers to press strip.
7. Disc Shearing Machine
Structure: disc cutters circle shearing spindle tight, and the spindle is installed on support stand.
8. Scrap Reeler
Structure: two scrap reelers, with one on each side of the slitting line
9. Hole Accumulator (2)
Structure: hole with cement walls, two pieces of turnover plate to more or less cover the hole, so as to accumulate some strip in the hole.
10. Pre-separator and Tensioner
Manually move outward the stand of one side up to be able to install pre-separating discs
11. Re-boiler and Separator
Gear driven by gearbox, expansion and clamping of recoiler is driven by hydraulic cylinder
12. Coil-discharging Car
Structure: four wheels, car body by welding
