Entry Car
Function: It move the entry car and cylinder up through the motor, until the mandrel of the uncoiling inserts into the inner hole of the coil and receives the coil.
Uncoiler
Function: the machine is a device for placing coiling plates, it receives coils by operating the sliding cylinder of the fuselage and the expanding and contracting cylinder of the spindle to complete the process of uncoiling and shearing.
Gantry Type Feeder Device
Function: the machine is used for uncoiling feeding and introduces the coil head into the next equipment. The feeding roll is driven by a large torque motor to assist the uncoiling to rotate ad feed the coil through a hydraulic cylinder. The feeding shovel head extends to the steel coil head under the action of hydraulic cylinder. When the feeding head passes through the feeding bracket, the straight head is driven down by the cylinder, and the bending feeding head is pressed down, so that the feeding head is fed back to the next equipment. The uncoiling operation is driven by the oil pressure.
Pre-leveling Machine
Function: The sheet metal is clamped into the leveling roll system by the pinch roll, and the yield stress is released repeatedly after the upper and lower leveling rolls are extruded to achieve the purpose of pre-leveling.
Hydraulic Side Guide
Function: When the sheet metal enters the device, the vertical roll alignment on both sides is adjusted to the position of sheet width, and the positioning guide plate is brought into the finishing machine.
Precision Leveler
Function: The sheet metal is clamped into the leveling roll system by the pinch roll, and the yield stress is released repeatedly after the upper and lower leveling rolls are extruded to achieve the purpose of fine leveling.
Hydraulic Shear Machine
Function: After the steel plate is fed by the leveller and output according to the size and length set, the signal is transmitted to the machine for receiving, and the steel plate can be automatically cut.
Conveyor Thrower
Function: In order to reduce the deformation of the leveled steel strip during shearing, the unit smoothly transports each steel plate to the stacker platform.
Lifting Palletizer
Function: After leveling and shearing, the steel plate slides and falls on the machine, which can control the lifting of the Stacking platform, so as to ensure the minimum falling difference of the sheet material, reduce the friction between the sheets and collect neatly, After the stacking is completed, the finished products can be directly lifted away from the stack.
